POLSTRUST LAB
What drives distrust in political institutions? Can public policies make individuals regain trust in the political system? This project aims to collect the most detailed individual-level dataset on perceptions, beliefs, and attitudes related to trust in political institutions. The project will combine different methodologies such as online experiments, quasi-experimental variation, and randomized control trials to uncover the ultimate drivers behind political discontent.
INCLUSION POLICY LAB
Since 2021, I am leading a partnership with the Spanish Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security, and Migration to evaluating innovative policies to promote social inclusion. The interventions provide complementary measures to Spain’s recently approved Minimum Income Scheme and will be evaluated using Randomized Control Trials (RCT). From CEMFI we coordinate a team of 18 researchers that provide support in more than 30 RCTs.
